Dear Valued Clients,

Over the past few years, there has been a significant increase in clinic operating costs due to high inflation. Since fees were last raised 3 years ago, accumulated inflation in Canada has been over 14%. As a result, it has become necessary to adjust service fees for acupuncture treatment.

Please know this decision was made with careful consideration to balance both the impact on you and on the sustainability of the clinic. Appreciating the need for quality affordable healthcare, the community acupuncture rate will remain the same.

Thank you for entrusting me with your health care. My commitment to providing you with the highest standard of care remains unwavering.

Yours in health,

Carrie Johnsen, R.Ac
